HOW TO BOOK
On the property’s webpage scroll down to its calendar, select your dates, and fill out the short booking form below it. Prices will be listed but you are not required to make a payment at this stage.
Once you submit your booking form, we will confirm your request with Owners. This step normally takes no more than a couple of hours. Then we will contact you for a 30% deposit. Please note that the booking is only confirmed once your deposit payment is received. If the deposit is not received promptly, the dates may be offered to other guests.
We will send you an invoice for the remaining balance, due 60 days prior to arrival or immediately if the booking is made within 60 days of arrival.
Payments can be made in £GBP, €EUR, or $USD via bank transfer, credit card, debit card, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay and more. We’re happy to accommodate other currencies and payment methods, so please contact us!
Upon receiving your final payment, we will send you detailed directions and access information for the property.
Please note that by submitting a Booking Form, you and your party agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
At Halcyon Leisure, booking deposits are generally non-refundable. Guests should ensure their travel insurance covers cancellation from the date of booking, not just the dates of your travel! However we will use discretion to make partial refunds in some circumstances. Please see our Cancellation Policy for more details.
