How to Book

At the bottom of every property page is a link to a Booking Form and Enquiry Form: Use this to send details of your Booking to Halcyon Leisure. We will respond immediately to confirm availability and deposit arrangements.
Booking and general enquiries to +44 1 46 03 02 00 are also welcome. Our email and telephone lines are monitored at all times, and between May and September our office is usually manned from at least 0900 - 2100.

Your property will be held for THREE DAYS after you send in a completed Booking Form to allow you time to arrange payment of the deposit. Bookings are only confirmed when the Deposit is received, and you will receive confirmation in the form of an Invoice for the balance of the rental, settlement of which is due not less than 8 weeks before the Booking Starts

Payments can be by Bank Transfer, Cheque or Credit card in £GBP or €EUR. (Debit cards on £GBP accounts only) Payments in other currencies can be arranged on request.
